How do I register as a Customer with Rukab?

Simply download our app from Play Store or App Store and fill in the required info and get registered instantly

 

How do I register as a Vendor with Rukab?

Simply download our dispatcher app from Play Store or App Store and fill in the required info and get registered instantly. However final approval will depend on multiple scrutiny points

 

What are the acceptable currencies for Rukab?

Rukab accepts PKR in Pakistan & AED in UAE

 

How safe is Rukab?

We take security of all our customers and vendors very seriously. We run thorough checks on all our vendors and at the same time train our vendors to adequately screen customers based on multiple check points before doing any business

 

How do I Book a Ride with Rukab?

Simply open Rukab, log in with your user ID and password, and choose the required service identifying the pick up and drop off locations

 

What is the Payment Mode of Rukab?

Currently Rukab is operating under COD only in Pakistan however it has multiple payment options for users in UAE

 

Who owns Rukab?

Rukab is owned by Rukab Technologies a registered company in Pakistan

 

Are there any cancellation charges?

Currently there are no cancellation charges. However, the company compensates the vendors for cancellations that cost them and charges will soon be introduced to provide level playing field to vendors and customers both

 

Can I pay through any other mode except for Cash in Pakistan?

Yes, you may provide direct IBFT or Wallet Transfers to your Captains, as may be feasible for both the customer and the captain

Incase of any emergency, how do i contact my family, friends or relevant authorities?

There is an in-app live location sharing option for all customers that can be sent to any person. Other than location sharing, the app has an in-built ‘SOS’ option in the Account Tab. Upon clicking the SOS section, you may choose the relevant country you are in and immediately select to contact either the Police or Ambulance, depending upon the situation
